I have an idea. How do I put it into action?
Having a great event idea is the first step! Your next step would be to complete a Special Event Application and submit it for review. Please contact the Recreation Department at 780.361.4445 to ensure the facility you want to book is available on the date you have specified.
If you are planning to have food or merchandise vendors at your event, you will need to fill out a vendor permit. You can download the Vendor Permit Package.
Once you’ve filled out the Special Events Application, you can:
- drop it off at the Manluk Centre: Wetaskiwin Regional Aquatics & Fitness, located at: 4514 50 Avenue, Wetaskiwin
- email the completed application to the Recreation Department.
