  • March 14, 2020
    Manluk Centre closes along with all other City facilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic
  • July 24, 2020
    The fitness area of the Manluk Centre re-opens to the public
  • July 31, 2020
    The aquatics area of the Manluk Centre re-opens to the public
  • August 21, 2020
    Facility employee tests positive for COVID-19; Manluk Centre closes immediately to the public and issues messaging to community and staff
  • August 31, 2020
    Second staff member tests positive for COVID-19 (they were in isolation since Aug. 21)
  • September 5, 2020
    Manluk Centre to re-open to the public (aquatics and fitness sections)

Do not visit the City of Wetaskiwin's facilities if you have any of the following symptoms:

  • fever
  • dry cough
  • unusual fatigue
  • difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • aches and pains
  • sore throat
  • diarrhea
  • loss of movement or speech
  • headache
  • loss of taste/smell
  • chest pain/pressure
  • rash or skin discoloration
