Home Alone Safely Program

Home Alone Safely program is for children 9 to 11 years of age that may be left home alone for short periods of time. This course will help you decide if your child is ready to be left home alone. Children learn guidelines around safety in the kitchen, what to do with strangers at the door or on the phone, how to keep busy, how to play safe and much more, including a presentation on fire safety. There are two parts to the course -- a one hour session with both children and at least one parent and the remainder of the course (approximately 5 hours) instructed for the children only.

For information on upcoming program dates, please contact (780) 361-4412.
