The City of Wetaskiwin recognizes the Edmonton International Raceway through this month's Business Spotlight series.  As Western Canada's only NASCAR-sanctioned track, celebrating 55 years in Wetaskiwin in 2023, the Edmonton International Raceway is an integral part of our community and a tourism-based asset.  Hosting races every Saturday throughout the summer months, along with the nationally recognized NASCAR Pinty's Series Bayer 300, the raceway draws thousands of guests to Wetaskiwin and we are proud they continue to call Wetaskiwin home.   Read more about them HERE

From the beginning, Wetaskiwin Co-operative Association’s history is proudly member-owned and community minded. For over 100 years, Wetaskiwin Co-op has functioned within the community acting as supply store, business network and community hub. Since the first fertilizer delivery by their reliable golden mare in 1917 to the custom chemical blending facility, the Co-op continues to be a cornerstone to the Wetaskiwin and area agricultural community.

Heritage Museum
