Wetaskiwin Regional Program Guide
The City of Wetaskiwin produces two regional program guides each year (Spring/Summer, and Fall/Winter). These program guides showcase the many seasonal events and activities taking place in and around Wetaskiwin.
The Winter 2022 guide will be published online only this year. Only programs running from early January 2022 to late March 2022 will be included in the guide. A Spring/Summer 2022 Program Guide will be released at a later date.

Submitting a Program or Event
Want to advertise your program or event in the 2022 Winter Program Guide? All you have to do is complete our online submission form before November 5th, 2021. All program guide submissions must be done online using our online registration form, email submissions will not be accepted.
There are two options for featuring your information in the guide:
- Text-only entries
Free text-only entries of 60 words or less are free. If you wish to include a logo with your text entries, please email your logo in JPG or PNG form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Text entries that are more than 60 words will automatically be edited for length.
- Paid ads
The dimensions of the program guide are 8.5" by 11" and the ad dimensions and associated costs are as follows:
- 1/2 page ad | $60+GST | 7.75 inches wide x 4.825 inches high
- Full-page ad | $115+GST | 7.75 inches wide x 10 inches high
*Note: It is the responsibility of each organization to have their advertisements sized to the above dimensions as well as in JPG or PNG form before submitting them. PDF or Word Documents will not be accepted.
Program Guide Mandate
The Program Guide is a non-commercial publication that advertises educational, recreational, and personal wellness programs in Wetaskiwin and the surrounding area. Businesses must promote a program, learning opportunity, and/or community service that falls within the above mandate.
