From COVID-19 to murder hornets, 2020 has been a pretty dismal year so far. Let’s work together to keep crappy customer service off that list too. We’ve set up a survey on Have Your Say Wetaskiwin asking about your City-related customer service experiences and expectations. It runs until June 15, and your input will directly impact the customer service approach we take.
