Notice of Appeal Hearing
Subdivision & Development Appeal Board Hearing


This is to notify you that an appeal has been filed with the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board regarding the following: 

The City of Wetaskiwin issued a stop order with respect of land use at 6501 47 Street, Wetaskiwin, which was determined to be in contravention of the City’s Land Use Bylaw 1804-13. 

A Subdivision and Development Appeal Board hearing has been scheduled as follows: 

Place of Hearing:
City of Wetaskiwin Council Chambers (4705 50 Avenue, Wetaskiwin)

Time of Hearing:
10:00 A.M.

Date of Hearing:
September 10, 2021

Anyone wishing to make a presentation at the Hearing is requested to attend the Hearing or submit a written brief, to be included in the Boards agenda package, to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by email to: administration@wetaskiwin.ca by 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
